QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our Primary goal is to ensure that our customers product is manufactured meeting all the quality parameters as required.
With this objective, our experienced quality assurance team follow specific set of protocols in close liaison with factory production team.
Our quality assurance process involves following important steps:
- Pre-production testing
Before piece goods are shipped to factory, we arrange full package testing with leading testing laboratories locally and abroad to ensure that fabric meets all the standards as required by customer. Once fabric is received by manufacturer certain percentage of bulk fabric is inspected using widely used 4-point system to eliminate any defects. Trims and other items are inspected as well to ensure required quality.
- During Production inspections
Our Quality assurance team conducts small pilot runs before bulk production can begin and review any construction, sewing and spec issues with factory production team. This will ensure that all minor and major quality issues are eliminated before bulk production is made. Similarly bulk patterns and cutting parts are checked to ensure accuracy and color matching.
After a certain percentage of bulk product is produced , we conduct inline inspections and provide corrective actions if any to production floor.
- Final Quality inspections
Once complete production is completed and packed, we conduct final quality inspections following widely used A.Q.L method thus ensuring that final product meets the customer quality requirements.
If customer nominates a third-party audit company to conduct final quality inspections, we arrange an additional audit before shipping the product.
